We also submitted requests for any corrected wage and tax forms through University of Michigan's portal.  How long do you think it will take for University of Michigan to reply for this straightforward request?  We will do the FOIA dance and issue FOIA requests to UM to confirm it received our requests.

Myria called the Ann Arbor Police last weekend and filed a complaint to investigate the missing Bank of Ann Arbor Sheriff's sale funds.  Myria told the police that our accountant said that it is important to track to the money in case the money was used to further a criminal activity.  Myria also told the police that she was concerned the University of Michigan falsely claimed that Myria's medical credentialing/standing was somehow in violation and may have clawed her salary back (without telling her and that could explain the missing Sheriff's sale funds) and that in addition to tracking the missing money ($1.4M) Myria needs to know so that she can clear her name in case the University of Michigan has made/makes additional false allegations against us.  

Myria is not aware of any agreements for her to pay back her salary but given the University of Michigan was willing to break its own ByLaws to try to fire me over the civil litigation we filed to protect the house what else is the University of Michigan capable of?

Last months high school debate topic was  whether the United States federal government should require technology companies to provide lawful access to encrypted communications. A major negative argument was the numerous examples of the FBI's abuse of the FISA warrants to spy on its citizens.  

We just called the University of Michigan Tax Office who would not confirm there are no corrected tax and wage forms (W2-C form) for Myria. The University of Michigan would have to issue a W2-C form to claw back an employee's salary.   Our discussion with University of Michigan Tax Office is along the same lines as our 2018 (year after the Sheriff’s sale) wage and earnings statements that were not available on the IRS website due to a “fraud alert” and only after repeated inquiries and the involvement of Senator Van Hollen’s office did the IRS release (took 3 months) our 2018 wage and earnings statements which did not show any salary claw back from the University of Michigan. The FBI just denied my FOIA request for any FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court) warrants in my FBI file claiming that the request involves one or more third parties so the FBI used surveillance as part of its Russia-Gate investigation in my FBI file.
