Bradley Foerster and Myria Petrou submitted the attached correspondence to University of Michigan Senior Associate General Counsel Thomas Kent and Ann Arbor Police Department Detective Bradley Rougeau concerning Loan Account #500987 and AAPD Case No. 17-3517 . At the time of the August 3, 2017 sheriff's sale, Thomas Kent served as Ann Arbor City Attorney and Detective Rougeau was the lead investigator in AAPD Case No. 17-3517 .
