Complete Documentary Record

On July 26, 2026, Dr. Bradley Foerster and Dr. Myria Petrou transmitted the following documentary package to the City of Ann Arbor and the Ann Arbor Police Department. The package consists of a documentary notice, certificate of service, signed and notarized documentary chronology, and 71 supporting exhibits documenting Ann Arbor Police Department investigations, related City proceedings, Freedom of Information Act records, court filings, official correspondence, and related federal investigations spanning 2015 through 2026.

The documentary chronology is organized around four Ann Arbor Police Department investigations spanning 2017 through 2026. The first three investigations arose from complaints or allegations involving Dr. Foerster and Dr. Petrou. The fourth investigation was initiated following a complaint submitted by Dr. Foerster concerning the accounting for the Bank of Ann Arbor's approximately $1.4 million sheriff's sale credit bid used to purchase three properties formerly owned by Dr. Foerster and Dr. Petrou.
