Hail To The Victims - University of Michigan and Russia-Gate

 

 

 

Can't make this up.  

Brad has known Lisa for 35 years as Lisa was engaged to Brad's best friend at UM undergrad.  Our families spent a lot of time together social in Ann Arbor after we returned to Hopkins and Brad would go to football games and basketball games with Lisa's husband Michael Faulkner (anesthesiologist at UM).  As Vice-Chair of Psychiatry, Lisa did not object to Ella Kazerooni and Lisa's employee Dr. Kirk Brower to conduct two psychiatric evaluations of Brad while he was on disability which is a violation of the ADA, and not to given Brad access to the medical record documentation, a violation of HIPAA.  

  Just received confirmation from the University of Michigan (sent us our prior W2 forms) did not claw back any wages from Brad's or Myria's UM salary.  Who could be uber important that the Bank of Ann Arbor, the AAPD, the Washtenaw County Prosecutor and AG Nessel would protect by not telling Brad and Myria who took the $1.4M from the Bank of Ann Arbor's Sheriff's sale?

Does anyone believe it takes a week for a FOIA deposit to make it from the the central AAPD mail room to the AAPD FOIA office?  

 We know that President Schlissel was communicating with the Feds about us (which based on prior experience will take at least a year to obtain via FOIA).  We know that Provost Special Counsel Christine Gerdes was communicating with law enforcement  about us which the University is refusing to release.  We also know that OGC Gloria Hage was communicating with law enforcement about us and the University is refusing to release.  Eva was my mentor since I was a M4 (2000) and recruited me back to UM from Hopkins and could have snapped her fingers to sort things out given her position and influence at UM but didn't.

U.S. Representative Jamie Raskin met all of us at his book show at the People's Book in Takoma Park and call us "true-blue patriots."  Jamie Raskin could snap his fingers and help us but choses not to - does he think the U.S. Constitution does not apply to us?  

Ella Kazerooni was Paul Cronin's and Aine Kelly's boss as the cardiothoracic imaging director at the University of Michigan.  Later Ella became interim chair of radiology.  Brad and Myria always got on with Ella but Paul and Aine didn't.  Now it appears that Ella was involved in the house scandal and UM says Ella was communicating with law enforcement about us (and is suppressing the communications).  Ella was interim chair when we were forced out of University of Michigan and yet promoted Paul and Aine out to Emory.  Was all this some elaborate show between Ella, Paul and Aine? Why?  

Normally, the AAPD will deny a FOIA request in the five day time frame.  We know from a prior University of Michigan FOIA request that our former University of Michigan boss (chair) Dr. Ella Kazerooni was communicating with law enforcement about us.  Ann Arbor we may have a problem...  

 

 

Today we celebrate the birth of Jesus. Jesus' birth is pivotal in the history of mankind profoundly shaping civilization including influencing law, philosphy, art and our society.  His birth demonstrated God's love, mercy and holiness to the world and laid the groundwork for Human Rights.  

It is standard procedure for the police to inform the complainant of the investigation findings.  Why is the Ann Arbor Police acting otherwise?  

Because Maria understood what it was like to be a child refugee, Maria asked in her lawsuit that the University of Michigan make a donation in her name to the international refugee fund.  Instead, Dan Tukel ridiculed and threatened Maria.
