Brad files FOIA request to see if old friend and current UM Vice-Chair of Psychiatry Lisa Seyfried has a file on Brad

Brad has known Lisa for 35 years as Lisa was engaged to Brad's best friend at UM undergrad.  Our families spent a lot of time together social in Ann Arbor after we returned to Hopkins and Brad would go to football games and basketball games with Lisa's husband Michael Faulkner (anesthesiologist at UM).  As Vice-Chair of Psychiatry, Lisa did not object to Ella Kazerooni and Lisa's employee Dr. Kirk Brower to conduct two psychiatric evaluations of Brad while he was on disability which is a violation of the ADA, and not to given Brad access to the medical record documentation, a violation of HIPAA.

Brad Foerster, MD PhD

Brad Foerster is a FOIA advocate documenting requests, transparency disputes, and accountability investigations involving public agencies, universities, police oversight, and Russia-Gate related inquiries. His work compiles original documents, timelines, and analysis of public records and institutional responses. Brad is also a board-certified radiologist, author of Town & Gown, and has published over 40 peer-reviewed articles. Brad lives in Potomac, Maryland with his family and is active in the Montgomery County Medical Society and the Takoma Park U.S. & World History Book Club.
