Hail To The Victims –
FOIA & Government Transparency Archive

A documentary archive of Freedom of Information Act disputes, federal records litigation, institutional resistance to disclosure, and ongoing transparency conflicts involving government agencies and oversight bodies.

What began as an effort to understand a single FBI investigative file ultimately expanded into a multi-year documentary archive encompassing federal investigations, University of Michigan proceedings, Freedom of Information Act litigation, state court records, administrative correspondence, and related public records.
