Hail To The Victims - University of Michigan and Russia-Gate

 

Under the Health Care Quality Improvement Act Of 1986, I have the inherent right to receive a notice of the medical peer review and the reasons for review.  The only reason the University of Michigan is not releasing the peer review notice that I never received is that the University has no notice which vitiates the entire peer review process.  

 

 

Eva Feldman was my long-term mentor since I was a M4 at the University of Michigan (1998) and we named our daughter after Eva.   Eva was right in the middle of the NIH ALS Grant claiming she was looking out for my best interests only to turn around and come out against me during the 5.09 proceedings.   We recently discovered through an Ann Arbor police FOIA that my 2019 letter to Eva (posted here) was forwarded to the UM police which was then forwarded to Ann Arbor Police Detective Spickard who testified against me during the 5.09 proceedings with Spickard claiming that pet ownership issues are a criminal matter.   University of Michigan has never blocked release of a police report before (although UM never told us about this complaint despite numerous previous FOIA requests for any complaints against us).   What makes Eva Feldman so special?   Any bets as to whether Eva Feldman also features in my suppressed 500 page FBI Russia-Gate file?  

 

 

Eva Feldman was Alfred Taubman's physician and Taubman donated $100M to the Taubman Medical Institute at the University of Michigan.  Taubman and Wexner were good friends.  

Given the secret, suppressed communications between UM (including President Schlissel) and the FBI as well as the suppressed two UM documents about Russia-Gate about us was this all some sort of scheme to deprive us of the properties and that would explain the cover-up?  

Myria's mother claimed to FBI Agent Sue Lucas that "Shonda" is a mystery black woman from Detroit who controls us.  When we were interviewed by Agents Lucas and Howard (who Ella Kazerooni was communicating with but President Grasso is suppressing the communication), Agents Lucas and Howard interviewed us and kept asking us about "Shonda" which was incredibly bizarre (we did not know at the time that Myria's mom been interviewed by Agent Lucas).  Paul Cronin told us about "Shonda" (and remember "Nick" who said he was Cronin's colleague with "Nick" falsely saying we were extorting Cronin) and it appears that morphed into some sort of bizarre inquiry into "Shonda."  Did UM also "investigate" "Shonda" just as it ran a secret sham investigation of "Nick" which was only brought out after Myria resigned and during my 5.09 proceedings?  What a shit show at the very least - perhaps this was yet...

Once again, Ella was interim chair and our boss and lied to us about knowing anything about "Nick." "Nick" is the unidentified witness who claimed Ella was his boss and made false criminal allegations against us allowing the police to continue the freeze on our bank accounts sending our house to Sheriff's sale.  Who thinks President's Grasso's decision to suppress the communication between Kazerooni and Howard is legal let alone ethical?

Is the Ann Arbor Independent Committee Police Oversight Committee (ICPOC) truly independent?  The person who "investigated" my prior complaint for the mis-documented police report is faculty at the University of Michigan and no one from the ICPOC has communicated with me about the clearly inadequate investigation by the Ann Arbor police for a straight forward paper (financial) case.  

It will be interesting to see what the FBI did (if anything) with President Trump's referral regarding the missing $1.4M from the Sheriff's sale and if the feds are also going to cover this up.  It will also be interesting to see if Special Agent Sue Lucas was tapped to review/investigate the complaint given that she told us back in 2018 that the FBI would not investigate the Bank of Ann Arbor due to pending civil litigation as well as I told President Trump that Agent Lucas was hanging out with shady HHS-OIG Agent Tyson Howard that no one can locate.  

Despite AAPD Internal Affairs claiming Detective Spratt's investigation for the missing $1.4M from the Sheriff's sale was adequate as well as claiming the investigaton was reviewed by both the detective's bureau and the city attorneys office, both FOIA requests (denied city Foia request previously posted) for any reviews were denied as no review exists.    

Bruce Wallace & Angela Jackson were hired by UM SACUA which was prohibited by the 5.09 UM ByLaw.  Ann Arbor Mayor Chris Taylor is also an attorney at Hooper Hathaway.  

Does anyone believe that my 5.09 proceedings met the primary role of the hearings at outlined in the below University of Michigan SACUA Overview document: that the hearings were fair to all parties?  If the University if willing to violate one of its own most important laws governing critical faculty issues what else would it be willing to violate?
