Brad Asks Ann Arbor Independent Committee Police Oversight Committee on Status of Indequate Police Investigation of Missing $1.4M from Bank of Ann Arbor Sheriff's Sale

Is the Ann Arbor Independent Committee Police Oversight Committee (ICPOC) truly independent?  The person who "investigated" my prior complaint for the mis-documented police report is faculty at the University of Michigan and no one from the ICPOC has communicated with me about the clearly inadequate investigation by the Ann Arbor police for a straight forward paper (financial) case.
