Brad Files Supplemental Exhibit to Michigan Court of Claims To Document that University of Michigan Violates Statutes & Regulations (Including Its Own) to Come After Brad and His Family

Does anyone believe that my 5.09 proceedings met the primary role of the hearings at outlined in the below University of Michigan SACUA Overview document: that the hearings were fair to all parties?  If the University if willing to violate one of its own most important laws governing critical faculty issues what else would it be willing to violate?

Brad Foerster is a FOIA advocate documenting requests, transparency disputes, and accountability investigations involving public agencies, universities, police oversight, and Russia-Gate related inquiries.
