Brad's University of Michigan Peer Review Is Fruit of the Poison Tree Vitiating the Peer Review

Under the Health Care Quality Improvement Act of 1986, I have the right to receive notice of any medical peer review and the reasons for that review. The University of Michigan has refused to release the peer review notice I supposedly received for one simple reason: no such notice exists. Without proper notice, the entire peer review process is legally invalid.
