Myria Pays $700 Deposit to Obtain U-Michigan General Counsel Tom Kent’s $1400 File on Us

Tom Kent was the City Attorney who defended the Ann Arbor Police’s lack of probable cause file for the search warrants that froze our bank accounts for over a year and resulted in the loss of our house through the foreclosure/Sheriff’s sale.

After Tom Kent obstructed the release of the search warrant affidavits (including asking the Attorney Grievance Commission NOT to release the affidavits to us; the AGC released the documents given that Kent’s request was unconstitutional), Tom Kent was hired by the the University of Michigan and received a substantial raise.

The suppressed search warrants used false criminal allegations by my in-laws including Petros Petrou who was demented per Michigan Medicine (yet Detective Rougeau claimed Petros was competent as Detective Rougeau used Petros as his star witness) and false criminal allegations by unidentified “Nick” who claimed to be UM faculty.

Based on University of Michigan’s past FOIA practices, we will be lucky to obtain Tom Kent’s file on us in two years. Myria has been waiting over a year and half for the communications U-Michigan sent to the EEOC regarding her sexual harassment complaint which among other things included retaliation for supporting Duaa Altaee and the EEOC asked Myria to file an addendum to include “Nick’s” false criminal and sexual allegations against us.

Secret Stash indeed.
