Re-Notice to President Trump: DOJ Confirms 500+ Page FBI Russia-Gate File and Expanding FOIA Record

This post documents a formal re-notice submitted to President Donald Trump concerning Russia-Gate-related evidence, ongoing federal FOIA litigation, and the confirmed existence of a 500+ page FBI file.

This communication follows prior submissions to the White House, including an initial notice later entered as an exhibit in federal FOIA litigation, a December 2025 response that did not substantively address the record, and a February 2026 follow-up identifying a key individual with direct knowledge of the origin of the Russia-Gate allegations.

DOJ Confirms 500+ Page FBI File

In a March 2026 Joint Status Report filed in federal court, the U.S. Department of Justice confirmed the existence of a 500+ page FBI file directly related to this matter. The government indicated that the file — which may include recordings and investigative materials — is expected to be released on or before May 4, 2026.

University of Michigan FOIA – Withheld Russia-Gate Memoranda

A University of Michigan FOIA request was recently submitted to the Office of the General Counsel concerning records associated with Christine Gerdes, including any records reflecting allegations that Bradley Foerster or Dr. Myria Petrou were identified as foreign agents.

The University, under President Domenico Grasso, has declined to release Russia-Gate-related memoranda that reference them, further underscoring the existence of institutional records connected to these claims.
