Court Orders Eviction of Dr. Foerster and Dr. Petrou from 630 Geddes Ridge (April 23, 2018)
On April 23, 2018, the 15th Judicial District Court entered an Order of Eviction in favor of the Bank of Ann Arbor against Dr. Bradley Foerster and Dr. Myria Petrou concerning property located at 630 Geddes Ridge Avenue in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The order reflects that a prior judgment had been entered on March 6, 2018, awarding possession of the property to the plaintiff.
The application for eviction states that the defendants failed to purchase the property before the April 16, 2018 deadline, and that the conditions for issuance of an eviction order had been satisfied.
The Court ordered that possession of the property be restored to the plaintiff the Bank of Ann Arbor.
The Bank of Ann Arbor sold 630 and 620 Geddes Ridge to University of Michigan faculty Justin Wolfers and Betsey Stevenson on November 1, 2018 for $1.8M.
