Affidavit Filed in Foerster v. Cronin et al. Concerning Russia-Gate-Related Statements Attributed to Dr. Paul Cronin (2018)

In September 2018, Dr. Bradley Foerster filed a sworn affidavit in Foerster v. Cronin et al., Case No. 2:18-cv-07672-ODW-JC, concerning Russia-Gate-related statements attributed to Dr. Paul Cronin.

The affidavit was filed after FBI and HHS-OIG interview activity involving Dr. Foerster, Dr. Myria Petrou, Ms. Duaa Altaee, and Dr. Paul Cronin. The affidavit was later refiled as Exhibit B in the litigated FBI FOIA appeal concerning the Russia-Gate-related FBI file.

At the time the affidavit was filed in 2018, Dr. Foerster understood that he was not a British citizen based on prior communications concerning an earlier United Kingdom passport application that had been denied.
