Foerster v. DOJ: Supplemental Exhibit Memorializes Missed FBI Production Deadline

Dr. Bradley Foerster filed a supplemental exhibit in Foerster v. U.S. Department of Justice, No. 1:25-cv-03277-CJN, memorializing his May 8, 2026 conference with Assistant United States Attorney Kimberly Stratton regarding the missed May 4 FBI production deadline, revised anticipated production dates, and the upcoming Joint Status Report.

In the correspondence, DOJ advised that the FBI now anticipates an initial production on May 14, 2026 and full production on June 15, 2026 following the previously missed May 4 production date.

The correspondence also discusses the FBI’s prior identification of approximately “5 minutes of audio media potentially responsive” and contemporaneous Ann Arbor Police Department records involving recordings associated with the unidentified witness referred to as “Nick,” who made criminal and sexual allegations regarding Dr. Bradley Foerster and Dr. Myria Petrou.
