Bank of Ann Arbor States No Reconciliation Worksheet Exists for $1.4M Sheriff's Sale Purchase of 630 Geddes Ridge; New Request Seeks Identification of Transfers

On June 2, 2026, Drs. Bradley Foerster and Myria Petrou submitted a follow-up Request for Information to Bank of Ann Arbor seeking identification of any accounting record, reconciliation worksheet, or other document showing how the Bank reconciled three figures reflected in its records: a reported sheriff's sale purchase amount of $1,412,380, a February 26, 2018 principal payment of $1,151,261, and a March 2, 2018 charge-off principal entry of $294,675.65.

On June 3, 2026, Bank of Ann Arbor responded.

Given the Bank's position that no reconciliation worksheet or accounting record exists, Drs. Foerster and Petrou submitted a new Request for Information on June 9, 2026 seeking records sufficient to identify any third-party recipients of money or other transfers of value following the August 3, 2017 sheriff's sale.
