On June 2, 2026, Drs. Bradley Foerster and Myria Petrou submitted a follow-up Request for Information to Bank of Ann Arbor seeking identification of any accounting record, reconciliation worksheet, or other document showing how the Bank reconciled three figures reflected in its records: a reported sheriff's sale purchase amount of $1,412,380, a February 26, 2018 principal payment of $1,151,261, and a March 2, 2018 charge-off principal entry of $294,675.65.
On June 3, 2026, Bank of Ann Arbor responded.
“The Bank does not maintain a single document, reconciliation worksheet, or accounting record that performs the reconciliation described in your correspondence.”
