Supplemental Exhibit Filed After FBI Disclosure of INTELPRODS Repository and 39 Associated Withheld Pages

On June 20, 2026, Dr. Foerster filed a Supplemental Exhibit in Foerster v. U.S. Department of Justice, No. 1:25-cv-03277-CJN, documenting developments arising from the FBI's June 16, 2026 second tranche production.

Among the records disclosed was a July 1, 2019 FBI Electronic Communication establishing FBI subfile 46H-DE-2595857-INTELPRODS as a repository for intelligence reports. The production also included a Deleted Page Information Sheet reflecting the withholding in full of thirty-nine pages associated with that repository.

Following review of the production, Dr. Foerster submitted a Freedom of Information Act request seeking records concerning the creation, purpose, contents, administration, and disposition of the INTELPRODS repository.

Dr. Foerster also transmitted correspondence to Assistant United States Attorney Kimberly Stratton seeking clarification concerning the nature, scope, and disposition of the repository and the associated withheld records.

The Supplemental Exhibit was submitted solely to document these developments in the record. No additional relief is presently sought from the Court.

The first two exhibits were previously released by the FBI as part of the June 16, 2026 production and are reproduced here for context.
