HHS-OIG Releases Investigative Memos Regarding Investigation of NIH ALS Grant But No Reports

From a prior litigated FOIA Appeal, U.S. Attorney Dedra Curteman told Brad and Myria no report exists.  

However, the HHS-OIG and the U.S. Attorneys Office are refusing to release any documents surrounding the investigation including the subject notification letter with the HHS-OIG saying "the matter is complicated."
