After Myria Appeals FOIA Constructive Denial For A Copy of the Investigation Subject Letter, HHS-OIG Fails To Meet Its Own March 1 2025 Release Deadline

Despite numerous follow-ups by Senator Van Hollen's Office, HHS-OIG misses its own release deadline of March 1, 2025 for the one to two-page subject letter as to who was the target of the investigation from the complaint fraudulently filed under Myria's name.

Is this because the HHS-OIG investigated Myria for making a false allegation(s) even though per protocol the HHS-OIG should have confirmed with Myria she actually made the complaint?!  Would this not be a set-up?

Applying Occam's Razor who do you think filed the HHS-OIG complaint under Myria's name?
