Dear University of Michigan,
Under FOIA, I am requesting any settlement/confidentiality agreement(s) including agreements which may have non-disclosure/non-disparagement provision(s) for myself (Bradley Foerster) and/or referring to/involving myself (Bradley Foerster) from January 1 2002 to present. Please ask Dr Eva Feldman, Dr Reed Dunnick, Dr Ashok Srinivasan. Dr Ella Kazerooni, Gloria Hage, Kara Morgenstern, and Tim Lynch regarding any such agreements(s) as they were involved. Please note that the the Supreme Court, like the appellate court, has stated that “there is no FOIA exemption for settlement agreements” and “a public body may not contract away its obligations under FOIA.
I am unaware and have not signed any such settlement/confidentiality agreement(s) but have been advised to file this Foia request given that that the University of Michigan has fabricated false allegations to come after my employment and I have had a University of Michigan complaint filed to the Michigan AG office fraudulently under my name.
My email address is listed below for contact purposes as well as sending the requested information.
Sincerely,
Bradley Foerster
