No FOIA Requests For the "Nick" DVD From the Ann Arbor Police Investigation
So either the AAPD sent the "Nick" DVD with false allegations against us or the HHS-OIG requested the DVD from the AAPD. Beyond the fact that there is no relevance of the "Nick" DVD to the HHS-OIG investigation of the NIH ALS grant, how would either party know about the the AAPD investigation against us or the NIH grant investigation?!
