Brad Foerster Re-Files FOIA Request to University of Michigan For Russia-Gate Recordings - UM Denied Prior FOIA Request For Russia-Gate Recordings Citing Civil Litigation Exemption

Dear University of Michigan,


Under Foia, I am requesting a copy of any recordings (audio or video) and/or transcripts involving Paul Cronin, Brad/Bradley Foerster, Myria Petrou, and/or Duaa Altaee/Al-taee (or a derivative of Duaa Altaee’s name spelling) in which among other things Paul Cronin discussed a Russian scheme to subvert the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election. Some of these conversations occurred in August & September 2016 at 3672 Wellington Cross Road, Ann Arbor, MI.


For context, I initially filed this FOIA request to the University of Michigan for any Russia-Gate recordings on June 16, 2021 for which the University took a FOIA deposit.  Four months later, the University said it could not release the recordings due to civil litigation (UM Foia reply attached).  I am re-filing this FOIA request given that the President Grasso office just claimed yesterday the University had no “Nick” recordings (the AAPD used the “Nick” recordings in which “Nick” made false criminal allegations that we were extorting Paul Cronin to continue the freeze on our bank accounts - as you know “Nick” claimed to be UM faculty and colleague of Paul Cronin’s). A few hours later yesterday, University of Michigan released the “Nick” recordings.  


Given that the University is suppressing two Christine Gerdes Russia-Gate documents about us, the University told me yesterday that it appears that President Schlissel was talking to the FBI about us during the Russia-Gate fiasco, the University (including President Schlissel) came after me after I told them about Russia-Gate, and the FBI said there is a recording in my FBI file about Russia-Gate as well as the fact the over a year and half later the University is suppressing your communications to the EEOC about my wife Dr. Myria Petrou (is it because of Russia-Gate?) I am re-filing this FOIA request for Russia-Gate recordings.


I am copying Christine Gerdes, Kara Morgenstern, Ella Kazerooni, Tom Kent and Tim Lynch who were involved in the “Nick” show.

Brad Foerster Asks University of Michigan President Schlissel What Was Going On? President Schlissel Refused To Meet

Brad Foerster and his two kids Peter and Maria asked President Schlissel for a meeting regarding the 5.09 proceedings informing Dr. Schlissel that among other things Dean Runge’s outside attorney Dan Tukel was prohibited from 5.09 proceedings based on the University ByLaws. President Schlissel refused the meeting with Dan Tukel replying and chastising Brad for requesting a meeting (yet another violation). President Schlissel also refused to meet with the University of Michigan athletes who were sexually assaulted by the University of Michigan physician Dr. Anderson.   Ironically, President Schlissel was terminated by the University years later for sexual misconduct. President Schlissel claimed this was all a conspiracy to frame him.
