Ann Arbor Police Cover Up Missing Bank of Ann Arbor Sheriff's Sale Money
AAPD Internal Affairs referred Detective Spratt's incomplete investigation of the missing Bank of Ann Arbor's Sherrifs sale monies to Sergeant Garrett who never contacted me. I just found out the Sergeant Garrett closed the case apparently without doing anything. Not surprising given that the Sheriff's sale would not have occcurred if where not for the unconstitutional search warrants executed by AAPD Detective Rougeau. Michigan State Police Captain Sweeney told me the Michigan State Police could investigate if the AAPD did not do its job. We will see.
