FOIA Request Denied - No University of Michigan Reply To Brad's Letter Addressed to Vice-Dean Dr. Carol Bradford About Paul Cronin Being Source of Russia-Gate Statements
The University of Michigan never replied to me. Instead, the University of Michigan came after me after I sent the letter to Vice-Dean Bradford and the Ad-Hoc committee and tried to fire me. This in the context of the Office of General Counsel having two documents about us and Russia-Gate which it is refusing to release. The University of Michigan tried to stonewall my FOIA request saying my FOIA request did not need to be processed as I would already have the the University reply. We now know there was a concurrent FBI investigation into this (my suppressed FBI file is all about Russia-Gate) and there are secret communications between the Office of General Counsel as well as Ella Kazerooni (chair of radiology) and law enforcement about us. Brad Foerster, MD PhD
Brad Foerster is a FOIA advocate documenting requests, transparency disputes, and accountability investigations involving public agencies, universities, police oversight, and Russia-Gate related inquiries. His work compiles original documents, timelines, and analysis of public records and institutional responses. Brad is also a board-certified radiologist, author of Town & Gown, and has published over 40 peer-reviewed articles. Brad lives in Potomac, Maryland with his family and is a member of the Montgomery County Medical Society and the Takoma Park U.S. & World History Book Club.
