Brad Files Ann Arbor Independent Community Police Oversight Commission Complaint
The mission of the Ann Arbor Independent Community Police Oversight Commission (ICPOC) is to protect civil rights, to advance fair and professional law enforcement that is responsive to community leads, increase public confidence in law enforcement, assuring the public that investigations of police misconduct have been completed fairly, thoroughly, and objectively; and by conducting independent investigations and reviews to ensure constitutional policing practices.
My experience with the ICPOC has been different with incomplete investigations of the Ann Arbor police and lack of follow-up but we will see if this is different...
