Brad Foerster Files AG Nessel Complaint Against American Title Company of Washtenaw for Missing $250K and Illegal Property Sale

In the past, AG Nessel refused to investigate regarding our property sales and refers the matter back Prosecutor Savit who says he cannot investigate. We will see what AG Nessel does now given that she is clearly aware that Prosecutor Savit will not investigate.  It has been reported in the press that AG Nessel has a conflict of interest with respect to University of Michigan matters with the University of Michigan right in the middle of all this which AG Nessel has been repeatedly informed about. One of the key questions is why AG Nessel is protecting Tarick Seifeddine.  This is in line with the Ann Arbor police refusing to investigate insurance issues and identity theft with the Seifeddines insuring their cars under Myria's name. And the Ann Arbor police refusing to ask Tarick to return to us our belongings he stored for us at 1745 Brian Court including our piano which he told the police he would. Instead the Ann Arbor Police investigated us for supposedly harassing Tarick when we asked for our belongings back.
