Brad FOIA's Sheriff for Documentation of Payment of Bank of America First Lien
The Bank of Ann Arbor is claiming everything was done correctly and there is no missing money (but will not provide receipt for the missing money). The only way the Bank of Ann Arbor can make this claim is if it paid the Bank of America first lien position on the outstanding $257K mortgage which approximates the missing money on the Bank of Ann Arbor's ledger but no one wants to disclose to us that this is what happened.
