Litigated FOIA Appeal for Brad's University of Michigan Peer Review Decision Served & Brad Re-Asks President Grasso and Tim Lynch To Release Document To Conserve Court's Resources
In the past when I contact UM after filing a litigated FOIA appeal to conserve the court's resources, UM will hire outside attorney Dan Tukel who will then file a court reply claiming I am unreasonable for asking for documents, ask the case be dismissed and request a court order for me to pay Dan Tukel's legal fees. Then UM will delay and after months release the requested documents.
