One Crime To Bind Them All?

Given that there was be so much obstruction to figuring out what happened to the missing money from the Sheriff's sale we are wondering if our friends and family took the money binding them all together including prominent University of Michigan parties such as Eva Feldman?  I don't expect Eva to reply to this straight forward question.
