After listening to President Grasso's March 26, 2026 testimony at the U.S. House Committee on Education and Workforce Committee regarding how the University of Michigan addresses foreign agents (once University of Michigan is contacted by law enforcement) and realizing this would be parallel to how University of Michigan treated Dr. Petrou & Dr. Foerster, Dr. Petrou filed this FOIA request.
