In June 2024, Dr. Bradley Foerster requested that Dr. Paul Cronin and Dr. Aine Kelly reconfirm their prior statement that no additional funds had been received, referencing the $1.4 million sheriff’s sale and the absence of accounting for those proceeds. No response is reflected in the record.
