November 2018 5.09 Testimony of Attorney David French of Hall Render Concerning NIH Grant R01 NS082304, Radiology Medical Billing Allegations, and Draft Status of Hall Render Investigative Report

During Dr. Bradley Foerster’s November 2018 University of Michigan 5.09 proceedings, attorney David French of Hall Render was called as one of four witnesses against Dr. Foerster concerning a Hall Render investigative report prepared for the University of Michigan after the University retained Hall Render to investigate NIH Grant R01 NS082304 and related radiology medical billing allegations.

During questioning, French acknowledged that:

  • the report was marked “draft”;
  • no individual attorney signed the report;
  • he had not signed the report;
  • and he did not plan to sign the report.

French nevertheless testified that both he and Hall Render stood “100 percent” behind the report.
