Dr. Aine Kelly Deposition (2018): “I approved of us using them to assist our friends.”

In a September 27, 2018 deposition taken in connection with Washtenaw County Circuit Court Case No. 18-280-CK, Michael Reynolds & Associates, PLLC and Mark D. Evans, PC v. Paul Cronin and Aine Marie Kelly, Dr. Aine Kelly — Dr. Paul Cronin’s spouse — testified under oath concerning alleged guarantees of attorney fees incurred on behalf of Drs. Bradley Foerster and Myria Petrou.

The testimony addressed financial assistance provided during 2016–2017, including assistance connected to attorney-fee payments.

Dr. Kelly repeatedly testified under oath that the loans, financial assistance, and attorney-fee arrangements were known to, approved by, and jointly discussed with Dr. Paul Cronin.

Subsequent records reflect that the April 10, 2018 promissory note between Drs. Bradley Foerster and Myria Petrou and Drs. Paul Cronin and Aine Kelly was ultimately paid in full, including additional payments associated with the later resolution of Washtenaw County Circuit Court Case No. 18-280-CK.

On January 10, 2024, Dr. Paul Cronin confirmed satisfaction of all payment obligations owed by Drs. Foerster and Petrou, including the final $25,000 settlement-related payment resolving the litigation.

A written settlement agreement associated with the final $25,000 settlement-related payment in Washtenaw County Circuit Court Case No. 18-280-CK, Reynolds/Evans v. Cronin/Kelly, has not been identified in records available to Dr. Bradley Foerster or Dr. Myria Petrou.
