Released FBI records document January 30, 2018 and March 2, 2018 FBI interview records involving Dr. Bradley Foerster and Dr. Myria Petrou concerning alleged grant fraud, police corruption, alleged Russian election interference, and related matters.
The released January 30, 2018 FD-302 reflects that the interview was conducted through the FBI Detroit Field Office and references allegations previously reported to the FBI Boston Field Office during summer 2017.
The released March 2, 2018 FD-302 further reflects a subsequent interview at the FBI Ann Arbor office with participation by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (HHS-OIG).
According to the released interview summaries, the allegations included grant-related concerns involving the University of Michigan, alleged financial misconduct, alleged Russian-election-related discussions, and allegations involving an unidentified individual referred to as “Nick.”
The released interview materials further reference contemporaneous concerns regarding retaliation, intimidation, alleged extortion-related allegations, and related litigation occurring during the same general period.
