FBI FOIA Production: February–March 2018 Interview Records
In May 2026, records released in Dr. Bradley Foerster’s federal FOIA litigation against the U.S. Department of Justice, Foerster v. U.S. Department of Justice, included three FBI FD-302 interview records from February–March 2018.
The records document one interview on February 21, 2018 and two interviews on March 7, 2018. Both March 7 records reflect participation by FBI and HHS-OIG personnel.
Five days earlier, on March 2, 2018, Dr. Myria Petrou and Dr. Bradley Foerster had been interviewed in Ann Arbor by FBI Special Agent Sue Lucas and an HHS-OIG Special Agent. The March 2 FBI/HHS-OIG interview record is documented separately in the archive.
February 21, 2018 FBI Interview
The first FD-302 documents an in-person interview conducted on February 21, 2018 at a female interviewee’s residence, with another individual present at her request.

March 7, 2018 — University of Michigan Hospital
A second FD-302 documents an interview conducted on March 7, 2018 at the University of Michigan Hospital with participation by FBI personnel and an HHS-OIG Special Agent.

March 7, 2018 — Place of Business
A third FD-302 documents another interview conducted on March 7, 2018 at a place of business, again involving FBI personnel and an HHS-OIG Special Agent.

Connection to Dr. Paul Cronin’s March 7 Interview
The two released March 7 FD-302s fall on the same date as the separately preserved contemporaneous record of Dr. Paul Cronin’s federal interview at the University of Michigan Department of Radiology.
A same-day note created by Dr. Bradley Foerster records Cronin stating that federal agents did not ask him about the Russia-Gate-related statements attributed to him or about medical-billing-related allegations. Cronin instead reported that the questioning concerned his relationships with Duaa Altaee, Dr. Foerster, and Dr. Myria Petrou.
The May 2026 FBI production now documents March 7 FBI/HHS-OIG interview activity, but the interview narratives themselves are completely redacted.
The released federal records therefore do not disclose what the March 7 interviewees were asked or what they answered.
The interviews are documented. What was said remains withheld.

His work compiles original documents, timelines, and analysis of public records and institutional responses. Brad is also a board-certified radiologist, author of Town & Gown, and has published over 40 peer-reviewed articles. Brad lives in Potomac, Maryland with his family and is a member of the Montgomery County Medical Society and the Takoma Park U.S. & World History Book Club.
