Dr. Bradley Foerster’s FBI File: February 21, 2018 and March 2, 2018 FBI/HHS-OIG Interview Records
Released today through ongoing DOJ FOIA litigation, the following FBI FD-302 records document interviews conducted between February 21 and March 7, 2018 concerning the FBI’s Russia-Gate-related investigative file in Foerster v. U.S. Department of Justice.
The records reflect a sequence of FBI interviews conducted in early 2018 connected to the broader federal investigative chronology involving Dr. Bradley Foerster, Dr. Myria Petrou, and Dr. Paul Cronin. Two of the released records additionally document the participation of HHS Office of Inspector General personnel in March 7, 2018 interviews conducted at the University of Michigan and related workplace locations.
February 21, 2018 FBI Interview
A released FBI FD-302 reflects that a female interviewee was interviewed on February 21, 2018 at her residence, with another individual present at her request. The interview was conducted in person and later memorialized in an FD-302 drafted on March 5, 2018 under FBI file number 46H-DE-2595857.

March 7, 2018 Interview at University of Michigan Hospital
A separate released FD-302 documents a March 7, 2018 interview conducted at the University of Michigan Hospital with participation by FBI personnel and an HHS-OIG Special Agent. The FD-302 was drafted on March 13, 2018 under the same investigative file chronology.
The released FD-302 records correspond chronologically to the contemporaneous record previously published in this archive describing Dr. Paul Cronin’s FBI/HHS-OIG interview at the University of Michigan Department of Radiology. That contemporaneous record states that Dr. Cronin reported being interviewed by federal agents at the University of Michigan on the same date reflected in the released FD-302 records.
