February 21, 2026: Dr. Foerster Re-Raises “Tyson Howard” with FBI Ann Arbor and Detroit Leadership, Requests Investigation of Sheriff’s-Sale Funds and Russia-Gate Connection
On February 21, 2026, Dr. Bradley Foerster wrote directly to the FBI Ann Arbor field office and Detroit FBI leadership, re-raising the unresolved question concerning the individual who participated in the March 2, 2018 FBI Ann Arbor interview and identified himself as HHS-OIG Special Agent “Tyson Howard.”
Dr. Foerster asked the FBI to clarify whether it had investigated the circumstances surrounding the individual’s participation in the March 2 interview and how the issue related to the broader investigative history. The letter also raised statements attributed to Dr. Paul Cronin, “Nick” recordings concerning alleged extortion, and related Russia-Gate allegations.
The “Tyson Howard” question was raised as part of a broader request for investigation concerning approximately $1.4 million in sheriff’s-sale proceeds and whether the financial matter was connected to the prior FBI investigation.
“Once again, is the Bank of Ann Arbor Sheriff’s sale on our properties and the secret FBI Russia-Gate investigation connected? I am requesting a full investigation into the missing $1.4M from the Sheriff’s sale which was referred to you by President Trump.”
The February 21 letter followed earlier correspondence that the Department of Justice forwarded to the FBI and that the FBI acknowledged sending to the appropriate field offices for review. The FBI stated that a more detailed response was expected by January 29, 2026, or when the review was complete.
The February 21 letter placed the unresolved “Tyson Howard” question directly before FBI Ann Arbor and Detroit leadership and asked the FBI to clarify what it had investigated.
