HHS-OIG FOIA Responses Producing Intake Complaint Form – University of Michigan Medical Billing Complaint (July 20, 2017)

This document reflects HHS Office of Inspector General responses to separate February 2024 Freedom of Information Act requests submitted by Dr. Myria Petrou and Dr. Bradley Foerster.

The HHS-OIG produced two pages of responsive records, including a July 20, 2017 complaint submitted through the agency’s online intake system.

Following the January 2024 HHS-OIG FOIA release identifying the same HHS-OIG case number previously associated with the NIH ALS grant investigation, Dr. Petrou sent contemporaneous correspondence to Dr. Paul Cronin and Dr. Aine Kelly regarding authorship of the complaint.
