AAPD Case 17-3517: Dr. Paul Cronin Denies Extortion, Forged W-2 Forms, and Any Connection to “Nick” or “Nick Bee” in Sworn Affidavit (December 28, 2017)
On December 28, 2017, Dr. Paul Cronin executed a sworn, notarized affidavit addressing criminal allegations attributed to an unidentified individual known as “Nick” or “Nick Bee” concerning Dr. Bradley Foerster and Dr. Myria Petrou.
The allegations, documented in Detective Bradley Rougeau's AAPD Case 17-3517 investigative report, included claims that Dr. Cronin had forged W-2 forms and was being extorted by Dr. Foerster and Dr. Petrou for money and legal fees.
During his June 20, 2017 sworn deposition , Dr. Cronin denied having a friend named “Nick” and denied recognizing the voice attributed to “Nick” in recordings.
In the December affidavit, Dr. Cronin expressly denied the extortion and forgery allegations and made additional sworn statements concerning “Nick” and “Nick Bee.”

“I do not have and have never had a friend called ‘Nick’ or ‘Nick Bee.’”
“I have not confided in anyone named ‘Nick’ or ‘Nick Bee.’”
“I am not ‘Nick’ or ‘Nick Bee.’”
These sworn statements directly contradict the extortion and forgery allegations attributed to “Nick” in Detective Rougeau's investigative report.
