With Final FBI Production Expected June 16 in Dr. Foerster's 522-Page Russia-Gate File, Dr. Foerster Updates President Trump on Unresolved White House Referral
Earlier today, Dr. Bradley Foerster submitted the following update to President Donald J. Trump concerning White House Correspondence No. 1023568, the White House referral of Dr. Foerster's Russia-Gate complaint to the FBI, and records released from Dr. Foerster's FBI file concerning Russia-Gate.
The update was submitted as the FBI's June 16, 2026 production, which the Department of Justice has represented is expected to constitute the final tranche of records in Foerster v. Department of Justice, No. 1:25-cv-03277-CJN (D.D.C.), rapidly approaches.
As discussed below, the update summarizes both the unresolved status of White House Correspondence No. 1023568 and developments arising from records released to date from Dr. Foerster's FBI file.
The update is reproduced below.
Addendum – Clarification Concerning MARIA PETROU
After submission of the update reproduced below, Dr. Foerster noted that a reference to "Dr. Maria Petrou" should have referred to MARIA PETROU, the mother of Dr. Myria Petrou. The correction was subsequently submitted through the White House correspondence portal.
