Tarick Seifeddine, 1745 Brian Court, and the Unanswered Questions Surrounding the Redemption Transaction
At the time of the August 2017 sheriff's sale, 1745 Brian Court was being rented by Tarick Seifeddine and his then wife, Duaa Altaee, from Drs. Bradley Foerster and Myria Petrou. Several months later, in December 2017, Mr. Seifeddine purchased the same property from Drs. Foerster and Petrou through a transaction completed during the redemption period. The transaction was overseen by attorney Michael Reynolds, who represented Mr. Seifeddine in connection with the purchase.
In August 2023, a Certificate of Redemption was recorded concerning 1745 Brian Court. Following review of that document and related property records, Drs. Foerster and Petrou directed a series of written inquiries to Mr. Seifeddine regarding the redemption of the property, the source and disposition of funds associated with the transaction, and whether he had ever received an explanation regarding how the transaction was structured by the professionals involved in the sale.
The correspondence reproduced below spans nearly two years and reflects repeated efforts to obtain clarification from Mr. Seifeddine regarding the redemption process and the circumstances surrounding his purchase of a property that he had previously rented from Drs. Foerster and Petrou.
As of publication, no substantive response addressing the questions presented in the correspondence below has been received.
