Maria Petrou Affidavit Addresses Allegations Underlying 2017 Investigation (November 27, 2021)

On November 27, 2021, Maria Petrou executed a sworn affidavit concerning events arising from the 2017 Ann Arbor Police Department investigation involving Dr. Bradley Foerster and Dr. Myria Petrou.

In the affidavit, Maria Petrou states that she does not know the individuals identified as “Nick” or “Nick B,” whose allegations were referenced in connection with search warrants issued against financial accounts and a construction loan.

She further states that she was never informed by Detective Bradley Rougeau or the Ann Arbor Police Department that arrest warrant requests had been submitted based on allegations of embezzlement involving Merrill Lynch funds.

Maria Petrou also states that she never accused Dr. Bradley Foerster or Dr. Myria Petrou of embezzlement.

The affidavit affirms that the statement was made voluntarily and under oath.
